It certifies possession of the skills required to work in the profession of Sports Instructor.
The training course generally lasts 1 year.
I chose a 2-year training course at "UCPA" School in order to acquire more professional skills in my job as a Coach.
During these 2 years of training, i specialized in Sports and Physical Trainer, Fitness, STEP and LIA (Low Impact Aerobic), in Soft Gyms (Yoga, Pilates, Taï-Chi, QI Gong, Back Gymnastics), in different sophrology techniques (relaxation), and also NLP.
The course is based on the principle of alternation between the Training Center (UCPA) and the Company/Sports Club (where practical learning situations are under the responsability of a tutor) which took place at the "CMG SPORTS CLUB".
My learning in the field at "CMG SPORTS CLUB" was a fantastic professional experience on a human, adaptability and technical level. I was able to coach various sports courses to an audience of all levels, sometimes reaching up to 80 people per course.
