This is a question that many people ask me because they fear of not being able to follow a Strala Yoga course.

 

Don't be afraid,

everyone is able to and should practice Yoga. 

On the contrary, go for it!

 

No matter your level, the Strala Yoga is a sporting activity open to everyone and all levels.

It will help you develop your physical strength through postural exercises and you will acquire more flexibility by practicing.

 

Strala Yoga is also very beneficial in addition to your other sporting trainings. It will make you even more efficient in them.

 

Remember that the most important thing is not to be the best for practicing a sporting activity but to love what you do.

The rest will come naturally with experience.
