SPORTS INSTRUCTOR DIPLOMA - BPJEPS AGFF (FRANCE-PARIS)

Speciality Gymnastics activities, Fitness and strength. 

Then Professional Certificate in Youth, Popular Education and Sport (BPJEPS) is a level IV State Diploma which was created in France in 2001, delivered by the Regional Academic delegate for youth, commitment, and sports (Articles D. 212-20 to R. 212-31 of the sports code). 

It certifies possession of the skills required to work in the profession of Sports Instructor.

 

The training course generally lasts 1 year. I chose a 2-year training course  at "UCPA" School in order to acquire more professional skills in my job as a Coach.

During these 2 years of training, i specialized in Sports and Physical Trainer, Fitness, STEP and LIA (Low Impact Aerobic), in Soft Gyms (Yoga, Pilates, Taï-Chi, QI Gong, Back Gymnastics), in different sophrology techniques (relaxation), and also NLP.

 

The course is based on the principle of alternation between the Training Center (UCPA) and the Company/Sports Club (where practical learning situations are under the responsability of a tutor) which took place at the "CMG SPORTS CLUB".

My learning in the field at "CMG SPORTS CLUB" was a fantastic professional experience on a human, adaptability and technical level. I was able to coach various sports courses to an audience of all levels, sometimes reaching up to 80 people per course.


STRALA YOGA INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATE -
Trained and Certified by Tara Stiles (New York City)

Trained and Certified in "Strala Yoga" in 2014 by "Tara Stiles", the founder and owner of the Strala Yoga in New York City.

The Strala Yoga is practiced in lot of Countries (USA, New York, France , Tel Aviv, Dubaï, Seattle...)

Strala means "to radiate" in Swedish. It is the movement system that ignites freedom. It is a completely fashionable yoga course!

The Strala Yoga is a yoga which is available for everyone. It is practiced with music and everyone at his own pace! Its inventor, Tara Stiles, a Yoga Instructor in New York City, wanted to simplify the practice of yoga to make it more open, with fewer rules to follow.
