I am specialised in gym activities, shaping form and increasing strength. Professional certificate of youth, popular education and sport or BPJEPS is a level IV diploma created in 2001 in France. It certifies the possesion of skills required to work as a sports instructor.
The BPJEPS usually lasts one year. However, i chose a longer training lasting 2 years in order to gain more professional skills in my job as a coach.
Therefore, I specialise not only in Fitness but also in Soft Gym (Pilates, Taï Chï, QI Gong , back exercises) and different relaxation techniques (sophrology).
I also studied PNL and i am trained and certified in different Les Mills concepts : see below.
I am also certified in Strala Yoga ( a yoga concept created in New York by Tara Stiles).
I have a vast practical experience as a coach and personal trainer on a human, technical and adaptability level.

Body Balance: Combines yoga exercises, tai chi and pilates to develop strength and flexibility, concentration and inner peace.
