Don't expect a rest session though!
If i know how to adapt to your needs, it is with the aim of always pushing you to surpass yourself in physical effort, and to push back the limits that the mind can set.
At the end of each workout, you will realize:
"Yes, it's possible, i can do it!".
You will feel a sense of accomplishment, of surpassing yourself, with a physical and a mental well-being.
Your Coaching is also a time to share, to relax, to relieve stress.

My role is to guide you step by step, to enable everyone to grow, to enhance your talents, to help you achieve your goals and much more!
In case of difficulties, my role is to provide you with solutions that will allow you to overcome them and give your best through an accurate understanding of who you are and your potential.
Through regular physical Training, i will help you improve and acquire:
- better posture,
- strengthen the heart, the deep muscles,
- balance and coordination,
- muscle tone,
- endurance,
- stability,
- symmetry/asymmetry balance,
- the breathing,
- flexibility.
After the post-workout stretching, if needed,
I could also end the session with Sophrology (relaxation) to release stress and tension.
Each of my clients leaves their Training sessions satisfied and happy.
You will acquire excellent physical fitness and mental strength.
